Documented compiled thousands of wage and hour records from the New York State and federal Departments of Labor from January 2012 to December 2022. These records document labor violations in New York State and shed light on which companies were found to have withheld wages from their employees. This data represents a small portion of the full amount of wages stolen from workers in New York State, which is estimated to be $1 to $4 billion. Search for wage offenders below.
